Northern Frontier Camp is located inside New York's Adirondack State Park. The Adirondacks are a six million acre mixed-use wilderness (civilization mixed with wilderness). It is also the largest State Park in the contiguous United States and the largest National Historic Landmark. It is so great in size, you could contain Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Glacier, and Great Smokey Mountains National Parks within it's border.
The camp is located in the Hudson Gorge region of the Adirondacks, home to the magnificient Blue Ledge and OK Slip Falls (the tallest waterfall within the park). Our 3 mile camp road connects with Route 28 in North River, NY, between the towns of North Creek and Indian Lake.
